ABOUT US
Modo
Italia (Modernism Original Design Only) was born thanks to an idea by
Filippo Di Paola, passionate collector of the italian '900 who works
professionally in this sector since the early 90s.
Modo
Italia is specialized in italian furnitures, ceramics and arts of the
XX Century, exclusively authentic and representing the italian
creativity of the XX Century.
Our
archive comprehends hundreds of italian books of the age, useful for to
understand and give informations to our collector clients, interior
designers and private clients.
Modo
Italia has in its stock in London and Italy: Gio Ponti, Paolo Buffa,
Osvaldo Borsani, Venini, G.Ulrich, Piero Fornasetti, Willy Rizzo,
Rometti, Richard Ginory, only for to name some of the more well-known
ones.
Most
of our furnitures were used for to furnish some italian and foreign
villas and boutiques published on magazines of this sector. Besides,
some pieces from our private collection get lent for to be shown at
exhibitions related to this topic.
Our
website is updated weekly but doesn't show our entire present and past
